1530- EGY1101 (Egyptian AF C-130 SU-BAV) on approach to land at BWI. Watched him in his desert camo fly right over my house on the way in. He must have bad Mode-S gear--over my house he was showing altitude as FL450.

Just out of BWI, looks like he went from ground level to 97,100 in the blink of an eye. Highest rate of climb I've heard of in an C-130!!!
