EGY1104 Hex of 01008B Reg 1294 C-130H giving strange readings on ASDBx for altitude between Baltimore and DC

The last couple of times they've been into BWI that has happened. Their alt readings vary wildly, e.g. on approach to BWI showing FL450 & alt readings jumping all over the place.

It happened with this acft # 1294 and also with the last two flts SU-BAL & SU-BAR. They must have them mis-programmed or else they are not compatible with our ADS-B. But, everything else is showing correctly.?????

1755- DeeCee 92 (KC-135R # 57-1479 AE0160 756th ARS) inbound to ADW. Had been down in Georgia at the AR54V/Wardog North range

1759- Reach 01 flt is having a little trouble with wx in AR636 (238.9). Trying to find a good altitude. Just wondering if some of the crew of Pack 92 acft that went into ADW this PM is on the Reach 01 flt so they can get some AAR training with KC-46s that work?

1845 local RCH 202 C-17 #10-0222 with Dover CP delayed departure due to BASH window. Off to Norway.
Trust me those local Geese (BASH windows) at sunset this time of year are all over the place leaving fields to spend night on the local waters.
Bad time for C-17 or any aircraft to hit them.Smart birds knowing that foxes etc can't get them on waters at night.
1915 RCH-815 C-17 C-17 94-0065 TN ANG landing Dover req uploads. parking HC-3.

Shado22 from PAX headed west, any idea what for ? Sorry to ask, still new here.
Chris,

Alot of times, when they use Shado callsign (it's usually Shado 22), they are on a non-TACAMO mission. Either coming into PAX from their home base at Tinker AFB OK or going back to Tinker after their TDY to PAX. Sometimes I think the Shado flts are for maintenance checks or crew proficiency. The one you saw could've been heading back home to Tinker.
