1344- ADS-B showing Otis 51 flt (3 X KC-130Js VMGR-252, MCAS Cherry Point, NC) crossing lower Chesapeake Bay heading north up the coast. Working ZDC Cape Charles (132.55) & ZDC sea Isle (133.125). Heading across the pond?
Trying some A/A search nothing so far on the Otis KC-130J's. Flying awfully low for J models at FL20k
Maybe real heavy but odd..

Maybe TREND's were Hill AFB F-35's?

Hill would make sense. I tracked down ROMA 64/74 handing off the TREND F-35s to ROMA 65/75 at CHARN (waypoint in Montreal Airspace), then they appeared to let them go near Bismark ND. Here was the complete tanker lineup.

61/62 to 63/64 to 65

ROMA 61 K35R MHZ 59-1464 AE0659 MHZ-MHZ
ROMA 62 K35R TYS 57-1441 AE063F LKZ-LKZ
ROMA 63 K35R WRI 63-8029 AE05AC BGR-WRI
ROMA 64 K10A SUU 86-0029 AE01E0 BGR-SUU
ROMA 65 K35R SKA 63-8874 AE062C BGR-SKA

71/72 to 73/74 to 75

ROMA 71 K35R MHZ 62-3551 AE05A8 MHZ-MHZ
ROMA 72 K35R SLC 58-0027 AE0476 LKZ-LKZ
ROMA 73 K35R LNK 61-0276 AE04EA BGR-BGR
ROMA 74 K35R IAB 62-3554 AE05A7 BGR-WRI

That’s one of the common freqs for OTIS, should be them. Sometimes they show up on 136.150 or 138.550, but most of the time they stick with UHF interplane.

1738 local DIAMOND-11 or DIMON-11 flight of 2 at FL 8k inbound McGuire UHF all the way in.
Tells Ctr nothing heard on that apch freq 273.750 so gets 375? Has info Hotel and inbound for runway 6.
I think slow movers as mentioned he was going from FL8K down to FL6k. fighters won't normally announce that small change in altitude.

Looks like all 3 OTIS flights landed at KBGR at 1542 local
Wonder if they are for tanking some returning MV-22's that are overseas now?
Been a while since we saw OTIS KC-130's do that type mission but they can.
Course a single KC-10 can do that too :) 0945 local The three OTIS machines back up this am at Bangor headed East.

Those Hawaiian C-17's didn't stay long at Dover.. Gas and Go and back up chasing that SAM 352 flight.
Maybe they get to retrieve some Potus gear overseas.

1000 local 3 TEAM KC-10's headed offshore from McGuire.

Clearance was to Shannon EINN, OTIS 51 flight.

0941- BAF F15s (x2) entering Viper, KNIFE 1. 226.300- advising will hold in southern part of Viper for 20 min then go strafe the range, using 264.850 for A-A. I've heard flights working the Fort Drum Range mention they will call "Bark Eater" to coordinate. I'm not sure if they have a discrete UHF or are using SATCOM for that ? Any ideas ?
