Tunisian AF C-130 looks like it's heading to the DC area.

Looks like C-32 # 98-0001 (ADFEB7) might be heading back to ADW soon. He was spotted out over the Gulf of Mexico using callsign SAM 940. Maybe he's done with rehab and this was check flt.

Looks like the reverse of the recent Munich conference where SECSTATE took a C-40 over and they ferried a C-32 to bring him back.

If it really happens, sounds like the DOD is opposed to this deal they didn't know about ahead of time.
