Listened to my recording of the BUFFs on 250.25 from 2121-2159z Lead read all their intentions to 22 about their work coming up in the Halifax Whiskey Area which some of the players will be C-188s, CP-140 and the BUFFs. Did not mention any ships but you never know! Block 250-300 but they may be cleared down to 4,000 ft when cleared by JTAC prior to descent.
This was the suspicious plane, D'oh. I guess someone didn't get the memo.
Also UKN 1201 landing KADW around 1815.

A Tyler Rogoway article on the NASAMS missile system deployed near the Capitol in the Nation's Capital. Last time I was there you could see a battery on top of a parking garage in the Navy Yard near the Nats Stadium.
