I haven't heard a Mystic Star freq used in several years. The HF-GCS freqs (11175 & 8992 etc) are nowhere as "juicy" as they used to be. I haven't heard a phone patch in years.

Andrews is doing a phone patch right now (4:28 pm/2028Z) with REACH 159 on 9320 kHz. REACH 159 is trying to call ADW Metro, lost the call. Metro says we're busy, call back in five minutes. AF1 is about to launch out of MSP, maybe they get priority. :)

REACH 159 originally hailed Andrews on 8992 kHz, Andrews gave the QSY to 9320 for the patch.

Still waiting for the reconnect at 4:39 pm/2039Z. Andrews calling several times, no joy, at 2043Z.

Audio file attached.

Interesting, a pallet can usually only carry 10,000 pounds each, so maybe more pallets than that or something else.

Thanks

Actually he mentioned 6 pallets in all as 2 are thruload so maybe that was just the total weight
and not the offload weight of the 4 pallets :)
Usually they have some Rolling stock for the Navy but none today.

Так этот журнал был в 23:40 во вторник, 26 апреля? Зулусское время? Или
When the (h/f) radio station of the aircraft is turned on, a certain sound is heard on the air (it resembles a crackle). I think it's connected to the antenna in some way. Each type of aircraft has its own "crackle". It sounds at the carrier frequency or at 2.5 kHz in the lower side band from it. This is what I call inclusion. I'm sorry if I explained it difficult.

The time indicated is New York. 26.04.22.
23:40.

I'm sorry? In New York, it was 19:40.

I guess those that read this thread will work on correcting that issue.

Secure SATCOM (aka UHF) and EHF SATCOM are probably the prefered communications methods. Additionally considering the ability for the HF transceivers to find the optimum frequerncy it is probably a lot harder to pin down activity. Program in 2000-3000 USB or LSB frequencies and let the radio (computer) do the work.

Must have been this guy who departed Pease ANGB earlier today...

Audio proof is normal but we love the Vid proof too! LOL Nice catch!
Had his extra undercarriage fuel tank and no weapons showing so lighter weight.
Prob close to fuel limit from there to Oceana and without the Afterburner unrestricted departure.
Maybe next time :) USS Ike is in port at Norfolk.

Dover Nascar race washed out before half over so will return Monday around noon :(
NASA-436 also postponed till Monday too.

For Army chopper fans up North the Conn crew has all 5 now new UH-60M Choppers.. Lucky guys!
In Delaware we still have mostly 1982-83 models but still kicking.

Hi Mark and all,
The Vermont ANG F-35s should be departing to Spangdahlem (ETAD) this Monday, May 2nd.
Hope this helps,
René.
Yes it helps René :)
McGuire has two Space A KC-10's to Mildenhall early Monday morning 0300 and 0330 local roll calls so assume tankers for the Vermont guys.
Guess two waves spaced a half hour or so apart. Usually you add 2+ hours to local roll calls so prob tanker departures around 5am local or soon after.I will probably be off to work by then so the rest of you guys catch them if you can.Their real first overseas deployment in F-35A's :)
