I guess that picture was taken after a good rain......compared to this one - plus KFS WebSDR site ?? Interesting no log periodic antennas I could find at the ARINC site.

Not a great camera shot as possibly tower near white building has a beam antenna or two. Hard to tell.
1735 - Watching JENA626 N708JH headed on decent to the area between Wilmington and Philly, going towards philly from DFW
Looks like landing at KPHL
Looks like wx divert from normal Manassas home base. Circled down that way West of HEF before onto PHL.
Sure got some icy rain mix here now.

Playing tape from near end of CAP as I was out but had SLAM-1 at 1655 flight of 2 making ready to rtb Barnes.
Was thinking maybe they filled in the last hour of the CAP as Alert fighters?
Maybe released NOBLE's early due to wx and SLAM's filled in? Was wondering why tanker bailed at 4:15 local yet I
went outside to walk dog at 4:45pm and clearly could hear fighters overhead.
1701 local SLAM-1,2 ready to RTB with ZDC ready at FL230.

Just wanted to say that they circled near KLUA which is Luray Airport strip. Cool looking 3k runway strip carved on top of
hilltop in Shenendoah Valley area not far from town of Luray.Small Cessna type only but i thought what a cool looking scary hilltop runway
to drop into if I was flying.. Course if you go long on that runway a big see ya later dropoff.Drove down there back in the late 80's for Company weekend golf vacation. Nice town with nice folks but had Blue laws back then as L stores and everything else closed at 5pm Saturday even in Summer so sort of a dry County town. Nice town golf course though

TC-69 is a FAArgentina KC-130H of IEsc/Gr.Aero1 from El Palomar AB(SABP)indeed with c/s ***050;btw Guatemala has no C-130's to my knowledge.
