Road names, mentioned County Line multiple times
There is a chopper doing tight circles up that way N86HZ just West of King of Prussia in the money zone :)
Circled over County Line Expressway. Maybe the County line Tech 792 kept hearing.

Yes just strange how I am hearing it all the way up here in Milford, Ct. with absolutely no band enhancements / lift. Must be several transmitters simulcasting. Heard Woodbine Ave & Montgomery Ave, and it seems like it is here:

Must be the wx today. I'm getting 1st harmonics of several VHF ATC freqs at 314.25, 320.45 & 318.15. BTW: 163.3 signal is strong down my way as well.

Yes the location being monitored is on the border of Delaware County and Montgomery County PA basically either side of Route 30.

Find Villanova PA (where the university is) and the Philadelphia city border of the river. Either side of that line are the locations.
I am quite familiar with the area. I have driven on most of the roads they have mentioned and our daughter attended college in the area for 4 years for her BS degree and 1 year for her MS degree.

Yes the map is showing some enhancement (yellows and greens) on the map down your way. Just white up my way :(

The area of the County Line Expressway is too far north - the road they keep mentioning is County Line Road.

The aircraft is high enough that the P25 signal is monitorable from 100 plus miles away.

I routinely hear activity from other Fed aircraft in the 167 - 168 range and 417-419 range transmitting P25 in the clear from down here in NJ.
Some of those aircraft are north and west of Philadelphia and north of Trenton NJ

Heard TOI 2 (Target of Interest). Yes if this is an aircraft, that does make sense. I just assumed it was a base transmitter because the signal doesn't seem to be changing much. Hmmm I bet it is an aircraft down that way. Cool. Edit: yes the signal is changing now. So yes I bet you are correct with the aircraft theory.

Definitely airborne since she mentioned yesterday their bingo time was 1400 - sure enough - just after 1400 they departed their race track and another unit replaced them. The replacement unit was P25 encrypted the whole time.

Bryn Mawr Ave and County Line Road as recently mentioned - actually my daughter just asked me what I was listening to - she said they keep mentioning roads that she is familiar with....

Camera wasn't wanting to focus or fire as they approached.

Great photos - yeah my Nikon has similar issues - seems to have trouble focusing regardless of how I set the functions. In my case (age and eyesight issues due to a medical condition) it is probably more human error than anything.
I set my Canon for 1 point autofocus - just the center dot. It will only focus on what you have in the center of the frame.

Yeah that is how mine is set - getting the human portion to get the target in that spot anymore is the problem. Might have to borrow one of those big NASA tracking cameras. Oh never mind - most of them are human controlled as well.
