I hope I don't get into trouble for using Leesburg since it was named for Robert E. Lee . Sounds like he's being routed HCM (Harcum) to FKN (Franklin) to RDU (Raleigh-Durham) then flt plan route. Working ZDC Leesburg (285.45).

Ron, heard the female pilot L/C here, didn't have time to check ATC.
Could be Lehi Valley airport, they have a rw24. A friend of mine says some of the pilots have friends or family they fly in to visit.
