stream51 and Jedi41 are active near my location, does anyone have any suggestions as to what air to air frequencies I could try listening to?

STEAM and JEDI were air refuelling on AR206. Which is split into High (FL250 and above) 348.900 and Low (FL230 and below) 235.100. You should be able to hear both talking to each other on one of these frequencies for the join up and on the initial part of the route. Other air refuelling frequencies in the area are AR609 (southern part of Viper) 276.500. Boston Center on 123.875/135.250 controls entry onto these tracks. There is also AR204 324.600, AR205 327.600, AR212 238.900 out to the northeast. Boston Center on 135.700 controls entry onto these tracks. All the above AR routes use 282.700 as a secondary backup. You can check the status of the AR routes and active MOA airspace on the FAA SUA website.

Looks like the VR-53 C-130Ts at ADW are now using the CAPX### callsign. AX is their tail code and the ### in the CAPX call correspond to the last three numbers of their BUNO.

Voice callsign too? CAP EX?

Guessing they dropped into Bangor.

Yes you are correct, the first three VAQ-134 Growlers returning from their deployment at Spangdahlem airbase.
The final three should be departing tomorrow (September 29th) as MAZDA 51-53.
