I believe the aircraft is 00-9001, the numbering on the plane is 09001.

Usual Tuesday night MUSSEL activity. 7 up with Mt Weather says they'll be doing an instrument at Winchester first then coming back. 10 also checking in. 241.0

10 says they won't be attempting a landing. As they got closer they got a 40-50kt headwind.

what frequency do you monitor for Mt Weather?

Yes and that is what it is confirmed to be based on my data. Probably should have just asked you. Would have been easier than looking up the information in the manual.

More than likely.. They come in as NCR flights then depart as CMB Camber flights..
