I see KSZL Whiteman AFB is back open with some restrictions like hours 1500z-2300z and seems
they are almost out of Fire foam or maybe Fire truck is down... There is a RCH-590 C-17 coming from Hill AFB so maybe
more fire gear is on the way. That B-2 crash must have been a doozy.

A) KSZL
B) 2212281442
C) 2212291500
E) INTERIOR/EXTERIOR FIRE SUPPRESSION/RESCUE CAPABILITY IS SEVERELY LIMITED. FIREFIGHTING FORCES CAN STILL BE EXPECTED TO FIGHT AND CONTROL EXTERIOR FIRES IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO MAINTAIN A RESCUE PATH FOR ONE MINUTE. AIRCREW MUST EXIT UNDER THEIR OWN POWER WITH FIREFIGHTER ASSISTANCE AT EGRESS POINTS. ATTEMPTED RESCUE OF MULTIPLE TRAPPED PERSONNEL SEVERELY ENDANGERS RESCUERS. FIREFIGHTER RECALL/MUTUAL AID SUPPORT WILL BE REQUIRED. RESPONSE TIMES MAY NOT BE MET FOR AIRFRAMES C-17, B-1, B-2, B-52, KC-135, AND KC-46

This sounds more like a manpower issue. Maybe a covid outbreak?
