Yep,

They are here to either drop off (for repair) or pick up (repaired or replacement) avionics & radar equipment for their F-16s.

You can sometimes see them at Arundel Mills Mall shopping for their folks back home.

I was out fishing earlier in a lake under the approach to Dulles. Noticed something that wasn't commercial. Obviously a KC-10 with the boom visible as it flew over. Saw it at a distance a few hours later after it refueled for the trip home.

According to Mode S database Brits also had a KC-10 (43C6F3 ZZ330) and a Tornado (43C145 ZA607--prob more than 1) passing through today. I heard the C-130 working w/ZDC Snow Hill (132.55) but didn't hear the others.

I logged ZZ330, it's a KC-2 Airbus. No others though.
