Any idea on AE1720? It's been at FL90-100 for quite a while now. I haven't been able to find anything with ATC.

Nope. Along the way, someone suggested it was a T-6A but there's nothing to prove or disprove that. However, the hex codes just above and below AE1720 are all T-6 types so it might just be one also. I wasn't able to find the voice transmissions to go with it.

Probably a Dubai Government/Military type Ed. The only one I've got logged with that callsign was a DUBAI 009, whose registration was A6-HHH, a Gulfstream IV. It's listed as "Dubai Air Wing" in one of the databases.

E-6B 164410 departed Pax a short time ago. Currently with ZDC-Norfolk, callsign ending with 22.
388 left earlier today but I could never find it with ATC.

1553-TRICK(?)-22 with HUNTRESS checking modes and codes, 50mi from Elizabeth City. 364.2
I could hear HUNTRESS, a female.

1635- Some AR happening on 341.75. The tanker is 58-0074 who just popped up on the RB too. Signal is weak and noisy.
REACH-463 is the receiver. 11 is the tanker. They're having issues with spray.
Are they really in AR20? Obviously they're past the IP and that's more than 550miles from me.

Pax restricted area outlines.

At 1553, he's with HUNTRESS on 364.2 for a Modes/Codes check but is very, very weak. I can just barely hear him but HUNTRESS is coming in better than the aircraft. I couldn't copy the callsign either but heard the 22 suffix and a Mode 3 of 5324. By 1555 they signed off. Amazing how easy it is to hear numbers but not words in a noisy environment and a weak signal to go along with it.
I first logged 164410 at 1531 so he was no doubt in the air for a couple of minutes by that time and is probably a couple hundred miles from Pax by the time he made contact w/HUNTRESS.

Ref above: Travis, that was kind of unusual for me to hear HUNTRESS on that freq. It has almost never happened. I wonder where she was transmitting from?

I've also been following an Egyptian Air Force Gulfstream IV (SU-BNC) as he flies overhead the area at FL 390. Picked him up at 1550. (Signal lost at 1607:38) Thought at first he may be coming to BWI like the C-130 milk run does but no joy on that one. Zipping right on by us apparently.

Its nice to hear the range active again. Wonder if its open to the public as in the past. Always enjoyed trips there. (With my PRO-97 of course). Here is some photos we took on our last trip in the winter of 2007 before the fire, for any one who has never been there:

Nice pics. Thanks for the link. Seeing that CT-ANG A-10 working the range reminded me again of how much I miss hearing those CT and MA guys (while the units still existed) working their way to the range and then the range traffic. From here, none of it was loud and clear and was mostly a struggle to hear but that's what made it fun - trying to get the callsigns to ID the unit.

Now all we need is for the Aberdeen Range to go active once again. They had the same problem there with fires during the live ammunition work and is probably the reason we've not heard anyone working there over the past couple of years.
