Ball-??, a T-6 from Vance AFB overshot a runway at Centennial around 10:30 last night. Aircraft was towed to a safe spot to take pictures of the damage in the morning.

It was paged by South Metro as an Alert 3 (crash) so I listened but when Station 35 ARFF units arrived onscene they advised no major damage, no fire and the occupants were out walking around.

Death 11 "Death one-one" (B-2 Spirit) just left the metro area headed west after it's fly over at the BJC open house. For being a stealth aircraft , it sure was loud! Left on 360.75 initially, then over to 282.2.

Tnx for pics from Metro Airshow

Erik, Thanks for pictures from the Metro Airshow, I would have to
agree that the f-16 flybys were the best part. He put some"Thunder"
back in the Rockies!
If I had known you were going I would have meet up with you!
Didn't find any new frequencies, those that were used were published
freqs for Metro.

Rex, this is what I had active at the show.

118.6 KBJC Tower
233.7 KBJC Tower
121.7 KBJC Ground
123.95 Air Boss
464.5 Airshow Ops coordinator
397.425 Inter-Squad Radios (ISR) Cap was using this for Crowd control. Its a good thing because of how rowdy we were.

Ill be up at Front Range for their Air Show.

Anyone else catch the f-16's over the metro area today? They flew over my parents house twice. Maybe for the Rockies or Rapids game?

Not sure where your parents house is located but I can tell you they flew over the Northglenn/Thornton area near 120th and I-25. They were heading west.

F16's

They flew to Coors field then over to Centennial. They repeated it in the afternoon @ an altitude of 7500 feet.
