Still Displaying Wrong Alpha Tag

Scratching head my over this. I have the known Radio ID's for a system Alpha Tagged in. However it seems to me that they show the wrong way round. When the base is talking the mobile tag is displaying, when the base is talking the mobile tag is displaying. This is occuring in private call monitoring with wildcard TGP and RID on for that site.
Is this just something that needs a box ticked somewhere or do I have to live with it ?

The transmitting radios are probably programmed incorrectly which means there is nothing you can do about it.
