I found Stillwater EMA's Channel 2 this evening. The frequency is 462.65 with a PL tone of 110.9 Happy Scanning...

Stillwater SECCC EMA Channel 1 (453.825 PL 173.8)
Stillwater SECCC EMA Channel 2 (462.650 PL 110.9)

462.650 MHz is a GMRS frequency cannot be licensed to governmental entities or commercial licensee's unless they hold a grandfathered license.

Well call it what you want it I'm just reporting what I heard that's all. If they are stretching the rules a little that's not my call but I heard them say switch to channel 2 and I scanned that part of 460. band and there they were full quieting. BTW it's not licensed. Enjoy..thanks
