For the last few days I have been hearing the 4th precinct (I believe) using RIOT B (155.730 84.5pl). It is a VERY strong signal and just odd. Does anyone know why they are using this channel? Is their regular channel/transmitter broke?

It looks like it could have something to do with the new county part of the P25 system for the area maybe.
Looks like they went back to 154.845 sometime today and the signal is back to normal levels.
