Stolen Tractor Trailer

Interesting happenings here in Orangeburg. Tractor Trailer stolen from Loves Truck Stop (301 and I26) this afternoon with over a million dollars of Cigarettes! They found the cab down 301 aways and then must be another driver for the trucking company called his dispatch when he saw a trailer (EPES) hooked to the wrong Tractor. I will bet this Trailer is already being off loaded into a wharehouse right now. Once those Cigarettes are off loaded and the trailer is gone they are in the clear. The Deputy was passing information on that they had gotten from the Insurance Adjuster. Interesting conversations. It took about an hour for the BOLO to be given out to Highway Patrol and Calhoun S.O.

I really suspect it was an inside job. The Truck was moved about 1/2 mile down the road. The GPS was "disabled" and the trailer was hooked to another truck and down I 26 they went.
