Stonybrook Cross Band?

What's this all about? 482.5625/71.9 licensed to Stonybrook FD seams to be a cross band repeater for the Brookhaven Town low-band [46.40] fire channel. The term "fire com" is used alot, is that county F.R.E.S.?

Yes that is an x-band to Firecom 5th division 46.40. SBFD transmitts on the UHF side and FRES obviously on the lowband

it repeats into Low band off the Stonybrook U.H. tower
here's the freq's
482.875 77.0 pl fire ground to 46.400 plus there own dispatcher plus SBH PD too .
482.5625 71.9 pl disp from low band 46.46 & there own dispatcher plus SBH PD too.

453.2625 94.8 pl cross band repeater
