Sorry if this question has been repeated......how many systems can the BCD396T hold? How many talkgroups per system can it hold?

The 396t can hold a maximum of 200 TGID's per system, but I am not sure if there is a limit on the number of systems.

you have 100 system quick-keys. but you can have more than one system assigned to a quick-key. so your only limit is really however much your scanner's memory can hold (so far that I know of).

The listed limits in Uniden's specs:
Up to 6000 channels
400 systems maximum
200 talkgroups per trunked system.

The practical channel memory is affected by how much is used by talk groups, control channels, Close Call & search hits stored (and I believe those hits locked out).

I've heard of a few people use up their channel memory, don't remember anyone stating they had anything close to 400 systems.
