And 33.90 for Radnor Twp?

Sort of. 33.90 was the Main Line dispatch channel operated by Chester County. Radnor was Station 1 on the system. When Chester County vacated the channel, Radnor went to Delco's dispatch but kept 33.90 for themselves.

Ah so Radnor Twp was Chester Station 1 even though they're in Delco?

33.90 was pretty widespread at one time. It was used by the following that I know of:
Radnor Township in Delco
Chester County
Lancaster County
Lebanon County (except Lebanon City)
Dauphin County (except Harrisburg)
York County (except York City)

Except for Radnor, only Lancaster remains. Lancaster is going to vacate that frequency in the next few years too.

I'm not sure but I would assume Radnor chose to be with main line dispatch because of radio coverage. Station 1 in Chester County is still reserved for them, should they ever decide to return to Chester County's radio system.
