Today at 12:31 pm there was a strange dispatch.

Dispatch was returning a plate that was to, "Sponge Bob Square Pants" Out of Bikini Bottom.

Don't know if this was a pure joke or someone had their name and address made that way. Kind of strange.

Did I miss more things at the beginning?
Nothing that stands out.
When I used to dispatch, we had many "fake" entry's in MULES and NCIC for practice purposes.
If you were ever to give a cop your ssn of 123456789, be prepared to be there a while, it comes back to one bad guy, with tons of alias's.
I wonder if this was one of them, because the officer did not act too surprised at who it came back to.

Very interesting. I never knew they used aliases. Great to hear something new that I have never heard before.

I do hear tons of vehicles that never come back on file, which I find pretty strange, however from what I understand the DMV makes all kinds of errors which could cause this.

Then you have the guys that had the license plate "notag" or "noplate" made and are racking up thousands of dollars in fines issued for cars with, yup, no plates or no tags.
