Strange comm on TCSO ID 33872

There has been a repeated comm on TCSO 33872 of the State System that says:
Attention the computer has stopped working, call for service immediately.
Not sure what computer it is refering to or why it is making these broadcasts.

I've heard that in the past. It has something to do with the courthouse. Nothing special...
