Strange (digital) signal - help needed

Hello, I am trying without success to decode a digital signal on 442.350 MHz in Europe.
My AOR indicates D-CR then NXDN and DSDplus in SDRUno does nothing more. I attach several files: Audio, IQ and other files to try to analyze and find what is this mode and thank you in advance for your comments.

I cannot attach the files, they are too big, even zipped and not accepted on the server

Yaesu Fusion (C4FM), DMR, D-Star are possibilities.

I doubt it will be YSF or D-Star, 442.350 is not with in the 70cm amateur band in Europe.
