Disco Snake Lemon ?????

Those are probably nav points along the planned route. Seems normal. Ends up at Orange County Airport KSNA. Check airnav.com enter KSNA and view some of the approaches pdf files. You might find those exact same points on one of the approaches. Here's one with snake and lemon http://155.178.201.160/d-tpp/1210/00377IL19R.PDF not sure where "disco" might be but you can search that on airnav also.

Usually fuel is in pounds and indicators reflect in pounds.
FOB could be something else there are so many acronyms in acars.
