strange traffic North Central IL/ Rockford FD update

so my pro 2006 has finally got its final job a search scanner i picked up strange time numbers transmissions over and over so i plunged it in to my Pro 2055 it has a DPL of 261 its a computer womans voice saying times and numbers every so often


Rockford FD Dispatch 151.175 Pro-2055 says it has DPL of 074

Nothing found in the Radio Reference database on 151.1675, 151.175 or 151.1825 w/ DPL261 in IL or WI.

Rockford FD Dispatch 151.175 Pro-2055 says it has DPL of 074

Are you getting anything on the input 155.85 ?
They could very well just be using and/or testing on a new DPL

i have heard nothing on thee 460s for RFD but that might be due to the really cheap Ant im using 4 bucks each ...as for the VHF
151.175 D074 is RFD dispatch 155.73 D073 is RFD ch 2 154.235 PL210.7 is RFD Ch3 as for the letter channels i stopped lsiten due to not having a PL/DPL radio at the time - 155.85 is active but again havent lsiten to it cuz you need PL DPL .. and right now the new discone ant for the Pro 2055 isnt working out they way i though it would so its down to a telescope stock back of the set

Starcom once i get Discone Ant fixed up il be able to scan though and update area alot better ... you were right .. i did need a PL DPL radio ... ;-)

ok so the 155.85 i have been scanning it seems to be a the computer dispatch Voice and the mobile units IE engines trucks ect .. the live dispatcher is not on the channel - and everything i have heard on 155.85 i have also heard on the dispatch 151.175 and a note on 151.175 dispatch PL DPL is not needed .. i have not heard anything but RFD although again it is D074 - will check again on the 460 stuff - and start on those RDF letter channels tomorrow
