Strange transmission - 24 kHz (NAA)

Here's a screen shot of a strange transmission from NAA (Cutler, ME). Usually, it looks like NML (25.2) and NLK (24.8) but around 0300Z, this started (long, non-continuos tone)

Interesting. I don't have any software like that, but I get 24 kHz NAA very strongly here with a 7.5" ferrite rod I wound. Also I get a similar sounding FSK around 42 kHz that I don't know where it originates. But that one comes in strong also.
