During the 'suspicious device' incident yesterday I noticed they're not in the RRdb. I searched the FCC website and found multiple licenses

After doing a spectrum search I found them active on this license
ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Trunked License - WPPT564 - STRATOSPHERE HOTEL CASINO - Frequencies Summary
They're using DMR, so I first entered the freqs into my BCD436HP as a MotoTRBO trunk system. It couldn't find a control channel so I entered them as a conventional system. I'm hearing hotel ops (housekeeping, maintenance) and tower ops (restaurants, rides). I then took the FB2 freqs from all of their licenses, entered them as conventional and started hearing even more.
451.3000 -- CC12 -- Engineering
451.7750
451.8250 -- CC12 -- No audio, TRS CC?
451.8750
452.2000
460.6875
460.9500
460.9875
461.1250 -- CC10 --
461.4500 -- CC7 -- Casino Ops? Security?
461.7000 -- CC13 -- Elation Pool? Front Desk?
461.7750 -- CC12 --
461.8000
461.8250 -- CC5 -- Tower Ops: Restaurants, Rides
461.8500
461.9750
463.3750
463.4500
463.4750
463.7250 -- CC5 -- Hotel Ops: Front Desk, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Maintenance
463.9500
464.6250
At first everything sounded conventional, but I'm noticing Hotel Ops isn't always on 463.725, they're also popping up on 461.8250 with Tower Ops and 461.7000 Elation Pool. I also noticed with 461.450, I hear Casino Ops mixed with Security. Then there's 451.8250, the radio shows I'm receiving a signal but there's no audio. So it's either an unrelated simplex user or the system is TRS and that is the control channel.
