Just found this group and wanted to invite everyone to check out my scanner feed at
http://justus.addr.com/scanner/
It's the usual mix of public safety, EMS, fire, mall security, cab, etc. I'm run this from a home based web server using Windows Media Encoder. Most users should be able to hit the page and the audio/video will load in a few secs.
I mention video because I have a webcam pointed at the Pro-2006 LCD so you can see the freq that you're hearing. There's a freq reference table on each side of the LCD video so you can easily relate the freq to the audio. I modified my windows registry to allow 50 connections so jump in and stay connected as long as you want. If I ever get to 50 users I'll worry about what to do next, lol!
