OK, now I'm getting somewhere. I tried the Auto (DHCP) connect and now audio is coming out of computer. Using Uniden Siren app and I see scanner, but no audio from phoneI see your Gateway shows 192.168.0.254 while mine shows 192.168.0.1
Maybe that's part of the problem. What I would do is go to the Windows Cmd prompt then type in ipconfig to verify the Default Gateway IP address is correct. May also want to try the Auto (DHCP) method.

Do you have adisplay in ProScan and is theaudio working. To hear audio out of the computer speaker, you have to turn on the loopback in the Audio Control - Monitor & Test tab and select Web Server.
