As belvdr pointed out, that's your default gateway. Enter in an unique address such as 192.168.0.100

Did you change the IP address in the scanner to 192.168.0.100? After the change and you backed out of the menu, the scanner should have rebooted. Did it reboot?

I see your Gateway shows 192.168.0.254 while mine shows 192.168.0.1
Maybe that's part of the problem. What I would do is go to the Windows Cmd prompt then type in ipconfig to verify the Default Gateway IP address is correct. May also want to try the Auto (DHCP) method.

OK, now I'm getting somewhere. I tried the Auto (DHCP) connect and now audio is coming out of computer. Using Uniden Siren app and I see scanner, but no audio from phone

Close the Siren app then try with ProScan. That's because of the scanner RTSP audio permits only one app to connect to the scanner RTSP audio at the same time.

Lets get the ProScan display and audio working first then we'll work on that. That way, it's less confusing.
Do you have a display in ProScan and is the audio working. To hear audio out of the computer speaker, you have to turn on the loopback in the Audio Control - Monitor & Test tab and select Web Server.

Great. Now the Web Server part.
Review this document and the Web Server setup section Uniden BCD536HP Wi-Fi Stream and Remote Access Via Proscan Web Server
If you run into any trouble or any questions, let's know.
Thank you so much for all your help. You provide a wonderful service. This is truly amazing. If you're ever in N. California look me up and I'll buy you a cup of coffee. I'm a retired Battalion Chief in the fire service, this process was more daunting than running an incident. LOL
