I have used several different software to stream and I am finding out that my stream is up and down all day any ideals what could be wrong? I have the mesa and rural metro feed for maricopa county Arizona.

If you are running any anti-virus software on your streaming computer, that could be the problem.

So, you've REALLY tried hard with the feeds... holy cow. I show you've had 8 completely different feeds that have been online at some point and then deleted for downtime.
Your current feed is constantly up and down during the day. Like 30-40 times a day. You've definitely got some issues going on with either the computer you are using or your Internet connection.
