strong data signal on 30 MHz

Anyone else getting a strong data signal on 30.000 MHz? I don't think it's local noise. It wasn't there a bit ago.

It's still there too.

There has been a lot of weird **** on lowband lately. Several 25 kHz wideband digital signals like that 30 one but less striated plus freq hopping that spans 30-32 and a couple more megs higher up but it never stops. It just hops indefinitely.

Today I caught this strange one as well. It sounds like musical tones

I've been hearing that data signal too on 30 mhz once in awhile

I've been receiving an open carrier on 30.000 MHz with a CTCSS of 150.0 or 151.4 for several days when the band is open. I had to lock out that frequency.
