Strong Ducting in N. VA 6/6/08 PM

From Loudoun I'm receiving the Patuxent NAS JNCR TRS site with 5 five bars, enough that UniTrunker can decode it a little. To the north I'm just barely receiving the Aberdeen Proving Grounds new 380mhz TRS. I'm sure rotating my antenna 90 or so degrees to the north would help a lot. Also getting the Aberdeen 400mhz system on 409.025.

Time to search searching the other bands now.

VA STARS sites in Louisa #103 and Rumford #105 besides the usual Fork Mtn. site.

Now I have the York Co, PA system. CC is 501.1875. Probable radio techs on talkgroup 16. It displays the sysid as 0037h02
Voice channels are 500.7375, 500.9875, 501.4875, 500.3375, 500.5875, 500.4625.

This is the Jefferson Co site of the WV statewide system.

This morning I only had a little bit of time to search about 0600 before I headed out for the day.

I was picking up VSP Div 1 conventional perfectly. Also STARS sites 103, 105, 112, 125 and 126.
JNCR site 001-0808 enough that UniTrunker could decode it some.

After I posted this, the tropo went wayy down, I could still hear the WVIRP CC on 453.4125, however.
