Struggling with Unitrunker

Good Evening,

I'm desperately trying to figure out how to get unitrunker up and running with a BCD396XT and winXP as well as Win starter. Have tried following both the Utah guide as well as the guide on unitrunker.com and having no luck....I'm pretty sure I have the com ports setup right as I can monitor/control/program from both machines and I have CC output set to ON. Is there a book called Unitrunker for Dummies out there???

Q: How do I get the Uniden XT models to work on UniTrunker?
A: The trunked system needs to be programmed into a System. Enable the Control Channel Output in the Settings (Extended is not needed). Press HOLD on the system, the control channel should be displayed along with the SysID on the radio. Run UniTrunker. Set the receiver type to "inline", role to "signal", and set the model to your model. Set the com port to the correct one, as well as the port attributes (115200 baud rate, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, and no parity). Set the radio run to "running". A site window should appear displaying data automatically if your settings are correct and the control channel is active.

Well as luck would have it the answer was sure enough staring me in the face and someone had to point it out to me Much thanks.

Now I have the site window up and running I have all the channels but none of the freqs re showing up just the control channel.I know im missing something somewhere.
