Stuck channel on GATTRS site 001-001

851.925 has been stuck on an emergency call for at least two days now.

The control channel spews out the following every second or so ...

03 00 84 00 00 93 FF FF 00 9F 82 12 Group Voice Grant Update Explicit G 009F tx channel 0-093(851.92500) rx channel F-FFF(876.60000), (4 priority, packet emergency)

An "explicit" continuation on an 851 Mhz Motorola system is non-sense. Channel F-FFF does not exist. Bandplan identifier "F" does not exist. The channel and talkgroup 159 are rendered useless on this site.

Sorry @Unitrunker2 - if I seem dumb to this - but want to understand. I understand this channel is on the Simulcast1 site on GATTRS. When you mean "Stuck" why is the scanner not stopping on a particular talk group? Your talkgroup 159 is it missing a digit? Most talkgroups on GATTRS are 4 digits EX: 1590 / 1591 - do you mean 159. Sorry really want to understand what you are talking about. Probably understand better when I get my SD setup this week. My SDS-100/SDS-200 are not seeing any current lockup.
