Stuck on programming

I am trying to program my pro 97 for the casper wyoming mot type II system http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&sid=2223, but I cant figure out where to place the talkgroup id's. Any help would be great.

After correctly programming the freqs to MO (upper rt corner of display),
Storing known Talkgroup ID’s
1. Press PGM
2. Press TRUNK
3. Enter the 5 digit Mot or 4 digit ED ID
4. Press ENTER
5. Press Up button
6. Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 until all are entered.

To add text to an ID, navigate to the ID while in the ID sub-banks and press TEXT. Use the text info under the numbered keys to text in the data up to 16 characters.
