stuck repeater on Prince William TRS?

Anyone else having problems with their radio hanging on 868.3375 on the Prince William County Trunk System? It doesnt happen all the time but their appears to be a stuck repeater or somethng as there is a continous open carrier on the frequency. I've checked it on more than one scanner so it is not the radio. Anyone able to confirm that it is a stuck repeater or maybe something else?

I've been having the same problem all week, using a Pro-96. Very bad last night.

We're having serious problems with this also over the Potomac News (local paper). If anyone has any ideas as to how to deal with thsi please let me know. It is making it very hard for us to catch calls.

Try putting the Atuner on and crank the squelch all the way over. In some areas of the county that works in others thats not working either. Right now Im directly accross from PSCC and its tracking just fine. The scanner seems to ignore the fact that its stuck most of the time but in certain areas it hangs up on it. Might be worth you calling OIT and asking if they know about it since you are a professional entity.

I'm having the same problem with this freq. It seems to just have started in the last week or so.
