Stupid person needs help in Cleveland area

Ok here goes:

I have a PRO-95 Scanner and think I am missing out on these talkgroups, ie MARCS. I need to know in stupid person lingo....cause I have read a few instructions on this. How to program my scanner for it. I have WIN95 and can use it good. It would be really awesome if someone had a spreadsheet or a PRO 95 or WIN95 file for Cuyahoga county, I live in Garfield Hts.

I have had my scanner for about three years now and use it to listen to local PD and Cleveland Hopkins and Air Show every year...but would love to hear some more.

In order to monitor MARCS you need a digital capable scanner (BC250D/785D (with digital card), BC296/785, 396T. or Radio Shack PRO-96). The PRO-95 won't work for digital audio.

get the bcd396t very nice portable scanner. The pro96 and both unidens bc250d and the bc796d are bricks ones carrying around compared to the bcd396t.
