Stupid Question - Change Log on Databases

I have a question, it may seem stupid...

I notice some databases will turn green and I get excited, thinking maybe some new channels or activity...

Then I notice the change log (using Hillsborough P25 for example):

Changed Site # 001 (West Simulcast) to 001 (West Simulcast)
Changed Site # 002 (East Simulcast) to 002 (East Simulcast)

.. and that's it. No new TGs or anything...

Did the channels change? Did any frequencies change?

Curious of if these are actual updates, or just a small glitch?

Pretty sure that they just made every channel an alternate cc, which is typical of Harris systems.

I've always wished for better details letting us know exactly what was changed.

Nothing exciting changed. Just some housekeeping to the system. It might have been correcting a spelling issue, changing the location coordinates, adding a note about the site, etc.
