Before I start to submit new Location info in Alberta for Countywide stuff. I would like to know if it can be a range that works or is it to be a set amount? Also with the newest scanners on sale today having the rectangle location type is there a way or going to be a part with that info?

I find that most of the countywide is way to large.

The range is supposed to be set at what the frequency is supposed to cover.

A countywide frequency should be set to a range which covers the county. A towns fire department should have their coverage set to the town.

Frequencies used by a buildings security department would have an extremely small range.

Rectangles haven't been implemented yet.
