Just curious if it isn't a actual county public works channel for Bernalillo.

FCC shows it as Bernalillo County not State of New Mexico.
Possibly they were interoping with NMDOT?
I only ask cause our list doesn't specify any new channels for NM DOT and we have the state wide zone for state end minus localized county public works some divisions may work with.
