It would be helpful if the submission page would highlight submissions that are in the "Owned" status, much like when a submission is in "New" status. Since the submission is still Open it should somehow stand out of the closed submissions, and thus not get easily lost. See the screenshot below (with names blurred) for an example:
As you can see, there's a "New Trunked System" that is in an "Owned" state, but unless you are carefully looking for it, it blends in with all of the "Worked" submissions above and below. Just changing the background of that line to another color (similar to a "new" submission) would make it stand out. The alternative would be to always "pin" any submissions in a "New" or "Owned" state to the top of the list, before any "Worked" submissions.
