Submit info Request: DeKalb County Illinois

I submitted information for Starcomm21 about a week ago regarding DeKalb PD using TG 1906 as a tac channel (not encrypted). It was assigned to someone the day after I submitted it and hasn't been put into the database. Am I forgetting to give the database admin any info which would be causing delays in updating?

Most of our our administrators work regular jobs, and many work in public safety or other critical professions; given the current situation, it might take a little while longer for submissions to be worked.
