Submitting Id's question

With my previous post on the unknown trunk system,
again thanks for the help on identifying the system, I
have a question.
Like I stated, I have plenty of Id's that are being used
on the system but have no names or services to put
with them except a few. (taxi, wrecker, gas delivery truck co.)
Would it be proper to list these ID's for the system or wait
until proper names can be put with the Id's?
Listing the Id's might help if people knew that the system was
being used and could help monitor the system to try and figure
out who is using it.
But the submit protocal of Radio Reference suggests NOT submitting
un-identified information. Are they saying to not submit un-identified
frequencies, ID's, or both? Slightly confused to their statement...

Agreed. An unid TG is one where you do not have a clue as to who it might be.

If you think you have worked out what some of the TG's are ... by all means submit them!!
