Subscription Help needed

Help like you I am new to this site ... i bought a subscription through scanner master and I am unable to get into the account on radio reference can someome tell me what I am doing wrong?

Welcome to RR. I have to admit ignorance - I had no idea you could purchase a subscription to RR from Scannermaster. Since you can purchase them here on RR, I wouldn't have even thought to look elsewhere. But, be that as it may, what guidance did they provide you for your subscription as far as logging in?

The only reason you need a subscription for RR to access the database is if you want your PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE to download the freqs into your radio. Otherwise, access to the database is free. If you haven't purchased a software package to use with your RR subscription, there is no benefit (as far as scanner programming is concerned) to having a subscription.

I'm not sure if this is what you want, but, check and see:

Up at the top of the main page or forum page, you'll see "Log In" click on that and then enter your User Name and Password then hit login after that on top of the main or forum page you'll see your user name, click on that it will show you your account info.

If you want to make changes to the the setting that effect RR, Location, add an Avatar, etc. on the forum menu you'll see User CP, click on that and it will take you to the options settings.

I wonder what specific kind of help you need. You obviously logged in and posted this message. Your account shows you are a premium member.

While most of the services on this site are free and do not require a subscription; by paying the small fee it helps assure this site will always be here. So many people these days appear to be out to get as much as they can w/o paying, it is sad. I'm sure they would all work for free.

So tell us what you are specifically trying to do that you need help with.

You are currently listed in the system as a premium subscriber. You should have no problem accessing all of the extra features that subscribers are entitled to. Please let us know what you are having specific difficulty with.

To all thank you thank you thank you so much here it is...my issue I was able to log in and see the accountwhich said I am not a premium member, however by the time you guys were able to reply to me they were able to fix my account, so my issue was I needed the "product keys" they were being sent to me but to a differnt email address so i was not able to get my upgrade.....so all is resolved....... The scannermaster web site does sell products and subscriptions to RR as an affliliate....
