Subscription

I renewed my RR subscription several hours ago using PayPal.
As of now, it has not posted to my account. I had to renew my password, etc. and Pay Pal accepted the info. I am not impatient but how long does it usually take for it to take effect? Thanks for your consideration.

The payment should be credited instantly to your account. I checked and we don't show as receiving a payment from you from your email address on record.

Did you receive a receipt from Paypal? If so, could you email us at support@radioreference.com with the details so we can track down what happened? Thanks.

Lindsay, thank you for your reply. After I posted, I went in and tried to update my subscription again. Yes it is now updated.
