RRDB listing says partial encryption (mode P25e) which usually means it can be enabled on demand

My gosh, has it been a year? How time flies. Yup it's been almost exactly a year since the yearly BOBRR question about Sudbury PD and using encryption. Same question, same answer. Wash, rinse and repeat.

Some cruisers use occasional encryption on the channel. It's selectable and not often, but I have heard it used.
