Suggestion for Special Topics page.

Hi to all
I am wondering if a page or catagory under the Special Topics header could
be created for RF Engineering or Station Electrical Standards or something along those
lines for articles on standardization of wiring and grounding and good electrical practices
as related to RF electronics, including fixed hilltop and base station as well as mobile installs.
