MONTICELLO, N.Y. – As soon as the weather improves, work is expected to begin to improve emergency communications among emergency services in Sullivan County.

There are already existing (albeit older) towers at those locations. Of course, that is not going to solve the communications issues due to the lack of coverage on the west end and central part of the county which has been lacking for 10+ years.
